  1. before we proceed with a mixture of cupcakes, you should have to Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with paper liners. because when we are ready with the mixture, our oven is ready to use, and we do not have to wait long.

  2. take a large mixing bowl, In the mixing bowl gently whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, and nutmeg.

  3. after mixing all dry ingredients we have to add vegetable oil, applesauce, and eggs to the dry mixture. and start mixing it.

  4. Beat until the mixture is well combined and slightly fluffy. because if it does not become fluffy then cupcakes will not bake properly, and become hard after baking.

  5. after mixing well add grated carrots, walnuts, and raisins. 

  6. Mix all the ingredients well.

  7. now take a cupcake baking pan and fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with batter.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cupcakes comes out clean.

  9. Remove the cupcakes from the oven. and take a toothpick and insert it into a cupcake, if the cupcake is baked properly then your toothpick will become dry, if not baked then a mixture of cupcakes will touched with the toothpick

    if your cupcake not baked properly, then put in oven again for 2 min
  10. Place cupcakes on a wire rack to cool completely.
